Ways to get involved with PPJ! Consider one or more of the following:
- Attend our monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of the month at First United Church of Christ, 1500 Tiffin Rd. in Fremont. We begin with a potluck at 6:30, followed by business and program. We end by 8:30. Sign up to receive notices by sending a message to FremontPeace@gmail.com.
- Join our vigils for peace and justice: every Wednesday (except the third Wed.), 4:30-5:30 pm, downtown Fremont at the corner of Front and State. To receive notices about cancellations or special plans, send a message to josiesetzler@gmail.com and ask to be on the vigil list.
- Like us on Facebook. www.facebook.com/PeopleForPeaceAndJustice Help build awareness by commenting or sharing our posts on your Facebook page.
Thank you for all you are doing. Is there a group closer to Erie County? We recently had 70 people picked up near us and some people in the area are wondering if there is a way to find out where these immigrants are so we can go protest. Any information you can give me would be awesome! Thank you.

I’m sorry we didn’t see your comment sooner. I would recommend getting touch with Ohio Immigrant Alliance at OhioImmigrant.org. Lynn Tramonte leads the organization and has a network of people who monitor things around the state. There’s a Signal chat and an email list you can sign up for. They are an amazing group of people! Good luck!
